Beat Licensing Agreement

All beats produced by Scorpiobeatz are protected under copyright law. By purchasing a license, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Non-Exclusive Basic License

• Used for Music Recording, MP3
• 1 Music Video
• Beat may be sold to multiple artists 
  
• Permitted for commercial use up to 50,000 Audio Streams
• Permitted for Distribute up 1,000 copies
• Credit required: "Prod. by Scorpiobeatz"
• Not eligible for copyright registration of the instrumental

Non-Exclusive Premium License 

• Used for Music Recording, MP3, WAV
• Beat may be sold to multiple artists
• 2 Music Videos
• Permitted for commercial use up to 100,000 Audio Streams
• Permitted for Distribute up to 2,000 copies
• Radio Broadcasting rights (2 stations)
• Credit required: "Prod. by Scorpiobeatz"
• Not eligible for copyright registration of the instrumental

Non-Exclusive Unlimited License   

• Used for Music Recording, MP3, WAV
• Unlimited Music Video
• Distribute Unlimited copies
• Profit for Live Performances
• Radio Broadcasting rights Unlimited stations
• Beat remains available for non-exclusive licensing to others
• Credit required: "Prod. by Scorpiobeatz"

General Terms

• All licenses are non-transferable
• Basic license can be used for two years and/or if streaming cap is reached
• Premium license can be used for three years and/or if streaming cap reached
• Unlimited license to be used is five years 
• Resale or redistribution of the beat itself is strictly prohibited
• The producer is the sole owner of the composition and the artist only has the right to use it, not own it on the basic, premium and unlimited license
• Licenses are delivered digitally upon purchase
• No refunds on digital products
