1. License Agreement

All beats purchased from Scorpiobeatz are licensed, not sold. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms of the selected license tier.

2. License Tiers

• Basic Lease – Non-exclusive rights for commercial use. Limited streams/downloads as specified at purchase.
• Premium Lease – Non-exclusive rights for commercial use. Higher stream/download limits as specified at purchase.
• Unlimited Lease - Non-exclusive rights for commercial use.
  

3. Permitted Use

You may use the beat for recording, distribution, and performance within the scope of your purchased license. Credit to Scorpiobeatz is required unless otherwise stated.

4. Restrictions

You may not resell, lease, or transfer the beat to third parties. You may not claim ownership of the beat itself.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after download.

6. Copyright

All beats remain the intellectual property of Scorpiobeatz unless Exclusive Rights are purchased.
